FAQ: Delivery

What will the shipping cost?

All orders over £100 qualify for free delivery.
£6.95 standard UK delivery for orders under £100.
£14.95 standard EU delivery for orders under £100.

Brexit for consumers

Now that the United Kingdom is no longer part of the European Union as of 1 January 2021, this means that when goods are imported from the United Kingdom, a customs declaration must be submitted for your shipment. Any import duties and VAT on import are also calculated by means of this declaration. This can lead to additional costs for you. Keep in mind that the total costs for importing goods from the United Kingdom can therefore be significantly higher after January 1, 2021.

You have to pay the import duties and VAT to DHL before delivery. If your mobile phone number is stated by the sender in the shipment data, you will receive a payment request from DHL Express via SMS. Prompt payment will ensure fast delivery of your goods. (NB. A DHL Express payment request for VAT / import duties always contains the airwaybill / AWB number of your shipment.)

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of the order being placed.

How long will my delivery take?

Delivery lead time depends on where you live.

My country is not listed, can you deliver to me?

Currently we are only able to offer delivery to UK and EU addresses .

I need my order quickly, can you offer any express services?

Unfortunately not. All orders are sent by DHL express so the delivery times above are what should be expected

What service will be delivery be sent on?

All goods are dispatched on an Express Service using DHL.
Larger items or deliveries may be sent on a pallet, in which case we will contact you to arrange this.

How can I track my parcel?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Follow this link to track your parcel.

What time will my parcel arrive?

DHL deliveries are between 8am and 6pm

Can you offer same day delivery?

Unfortunately not

My tracking link isn’t working?

I might not be home, can my parcel be left in a safe place?

DHL will attempt delivery twice and then collection will need to be made from the local depot

My parcel has arrived damaged, what should I do?

The tracking shows my parcel is delivered, but I have not received it, what do I do?

Please contact us via the [email protected] email address with your order number and we will look into this for you

Can I change the delivery address once I have placed my order?

Once you have received the tracking email, the goods are on their way to the address originally provided and we are not able to make changes at his stage. If you have entered the wrong address when placing the order please contact us as soon as possible [email protected]

How will my goods be packaged?

All products are carefully packed to ensure they are safe for transit, using biodegradable bubble wrap which can be composted after use.
We encourage customers to recycle the outer cardboard box too!
